Supported EY business teams in creating and directing communications for EY business development, internal graphic design and client deliverables. Supported EY WaveSpace innovation sessions managing collaborative client sessions. Experience in all Adobe tools as well as many other platforms for creative development. Deliverables include assets for web, social, events, presentations, interactive documents, video and animation. After 7 years working of exciting work at EY, I retired at age 65. EY requires an NDA and ownership of all work, so you will not see any examples of work.

Art Director - Contract rebranding of firm
Contracted by Franklin Templeton to rebrand existing communications. This included creating graphic standards with templates and image assets and working with internal designers to implement new brand.

After college where I worked as manager of The Ohio State Universities photography lab, I art directed in Los Angeles at the Lorsh Company (an agency dealing mainly with Vegas casinos) where I designed the Riviera’s logo – then 3 years in San Francisco as Designer at the LaPointe Agency. I then moved into Recruitment Advertising with the position of Creative Director at Bernard Hodes Group where I spent 21 years. Rolled out new brand for Franklin Templeton and then 7 years as art director at EY.

Created recruiting and human resource marketing campaigns for a regional Client portfolio of $20 million annualized billings. Annual Client Satisfaction survey revealed a 97% client “highly satisfied” rate. Our average Client tenure of our top 10 clients in terms of revenue is over 8 years.
Proven success in new business presentations - Lead teams in business development. In the past year, we have been awarded 4 new accounts increasing revenue approximately $1,700,000 ytd 2011. I have driven innovative new business presentations winning major accounts including most recently Banner Health System, Brocade, Hoag Hospital and T-Mobile.
Educated on industry trends with particular focus on digital strategies, new media and tools. It’s an old story – but it started here- in 1993 a small team at Hodes, myself being the creative director, launched the first ever job portal website – Career Mosaic, which later became Hot Jobs. My excitement for the digital continues.
